Bilens størrelse har ingen indflydelse på hvor godt eller skidt en bagudvendt autostol passer ind. det er bilens interiør og de voksne på forsædet der er afgørende. En stor bil er ikke nødvendigvis stor invendigt og en lille bil er ikke nødvendigvis lille indvendig i selve passagerkabinen. Der kan forekomme fotos af stolen i biler lånt hos en forhandler.

The size of the car has no influence on how much comfort a rearfacing seat takes away in front. The adults in the front seats and the car interior are the determining factors. A large car might not have heaps of room in the passenger area. A small car can have good room for a rearfacing seat

Toyota Avensis

Mor: 170 cm

Far: 175 cm.

Datter: 9 måneder, 8 kg sidde selv

Mor og far var i god tid med at se sig om efter en større autostol til deres datter. Hun havde stadig plads i sin Rømer Babysafe. datteren var gennemsnitlig i størrelse så der var frit valg. kravet var bare at den skulle være bagudvendt og kunne monteres på forsædet i bil nr 2, som de ikke havde med og havde planer om skulle af med.  Derfor blev tips og tricks gennemgået for hvordan man bedst kommer omkring problemer så som buckle crunch, udsyn til sidespejl, montering af forankringsselerne osv.

Trods montering på forsædet i bil nr. 2, blev der alligevel afprøvet autostole som kun kunne monteres med isofix.

Hældningen på bagsæderne var god i denne bil.

Isofixbøjlerne var forholdsvis nemme at tilgå i denne bil, hvorfor monteringen af disse autostole ikke bød på store problemer.

Mht., montering med sikkerhedsselen skal man være opmærksom på følgende: Avensis er udstyret med et selesystem der låser sikkerhedsselen – det såkaldte Automatic Locking Seatbelt  system. Dette system findes ikke id e fleste europæiske biler, som har et system der kun låser ved nødbremsning eller ulykker – det såkaldte Emergency Locking Seatbelt system. Med ALS systemet skal man trække hele sikkerhedsselen ud og holde den helt ude indtil hele monteringen med sikkerhedssselen inkl. stramningen af selen er helt færdig. Ellers skal man starte helt forfra, da selen ellers bare vil hænge slapt ned uden mulighed for at stramme den hvis man slipper inden.

Støttebenet: Da gulvet i denne Avensis var en anelse ujævnt, var det nødvendigt at montere støttebenet næsten lodret ned hvilket er fuldt ud sikkert. Således kom det til at stå stabilt.

Monteringen af forankringsselerne kan ske to steder: ind i forsædet selv som giver mest plads foran. De kan også sættes ind i selve skinnerne, som giver mindre plads foran. Her blev de derfor monteret i forsædet.

Multi-Tech var nem at montere i bilen og pladsbehovet var fint. Men forældrene ønskede mere benplads til barnet. Der ud over kunne datteren ikke spændes forsvarligt fast i den endnu. Hun var stadig for lille og nåede ikke op til selen i stolen.

This family arrived in good time to find the next car seat for their daughter. She was average for size and still had growing room left in her Britax/Rømer Babysafe car seat. Therefore we could use every option available. The only demand the parents had was that it was rearfacing and could be installed in the front passenger seat in car no 2, which they did not bring with them and planned to get rid of shortly. So we went through tips and tricks on how to get a safe installlation in the front seat of a car and how best to avoid Buckle Crunch. View to the wing mirror and installation of the tether straps was also informed on.

Despite intsallation with seatbelt in car no 2 in the front passenger seat, some isofix seats were testet too. The following seat were tried in the car:

The inclination of the backsseats was great in this car.

The isofix system in this car were easy to access and so the seats werent difficult to install.

Seatbelt installation: Please be aware that the Avensis is equipted with Automatic Seatbelt Locking system and not Emergency Locking System. which is normally used in European cars. Automatic Locking Seatbelt will lock only if you pull the seatbelt all the way out and you don´t let go of it until the seatbelt installation part is completely done. If you let go you will be unable to fasten the seatbelt  well enough. Th eresult will be that the car seat is much too loose. which is dangerous in a crash. An emergency Locking Seatbelt system will only lock in an accident or emergency breaking situation.

The Supportleg: Please be aware that the floor in the Avensis can be a bit uneven. Therefore it will be necessary to place a supportleg in a vertical position instead of all the way back as far as it can go as this will make the supportleg unstable.

The Tether straps: There are two options in this car. 1 is in the front seat runners which results in less space in front in this car. 2. in the front seat itself which leaves better legroom in front in this car.

The Multi-Tech was easy to install and space in front was good. But the parents wanted more legspace for the child and she could not be safely strapped into it. She was still too short to reach up to the harness in the seat.

 VW Polo

Mor på 168 cm havde brug for en autostol til selemontering da den skulle op på forsædet. Den skulle kunne monteres på bagsædet tilligemed hvis behovet skulle opstå. God og nem indstilling til liggeposition var et ønske særdeles pga lange bilture. Når det er en forsædemontering så er udsynet til sidespejlet  et vigtigt punkt. Det samme gælder afstanden mellem barnets hoved og forruden. Disse stole kan med fordel monteres helt op til instrumentbrættet. Nogle med støttebenet i brug og andre modeller kan undvære brugen af støttebenet på forsædet såfremt stolen er i kontakt med instrumentbrættet og står helt stabilt..

Multi-Tech skal man bruge støttebenet uanset hvor i bilen den monteres og hvordan.

Multi-Tech bliver høj med tiden. Derfor ville den skulle om på bagsædet grundet for lille afstand mellem barnets hoved og forruden når hun blev 4-5 år gammel ca. Bagsædet hælder meget i Polo, og dette kan man ikke rette op på med Multi-Tech da den ikke har en hvileposition. Pladsen foran var ikke vigtig idet det stort set altid kun var mor og barn i denne bil.

Forankringsselerne blev sat i metalstangen under forsædet.

Datteren var 1½ år gammel. Hun kunne spændes forsvarligt fast i stolen.

Multi-tech leverede masser af plads på bagsædet og stod som en klippe i bilen. Til gengæld kunne mor kun med besvær se ud af sit højre sidespejl. Så det blev ikke Multi-Tech grundet dette samt dårlig benplads for barnet på bagsædet, Stolen ville være for oprejst på bagsædet.

The 168 cm tall mother needed a bigger rearfacing seat for mounting in the front passenger seat. Possibility for installtion in the backseat if needed later would be ideal. Good and easy adjustable recline angle due to long road trips. In the case of a front seat installation there are some otger factors to consider other than legroom for someone else in the car etc. View to the wing mirror is important. The same can be said about distance from the child´s head to the front screen. These seats and the children in them benefit from contact with the dashboard for stability and overall greater safety. This is often easierly achieved – especially if the seat does not need to use the supportleg there. Some seats  need to use the leg both in the front and in the backseat. Others don´t need it when installed in the front seat provided that the seat has contact with the dashboard and is stable.

The Multi-Tech does not allow for front seat installatiuon without the leg in use no matter where and how it is installed.

Multi-Tech grows taller along with the child. The child´s head would come too close to the front screen in this car. So backseat installlation would be the way to go around the age of 4-5 for this girl. The backseats in the Polo dip quite a bit, which will leave some seats too upright. The Multi-Tech does not have a recline function, and so it would become too steep.

The tether straps were installed in the bar underneath the front passenger seat.

Daughter was 1½ years old and a bit on the small side for age. She was just tall enough for this seat.

Multi-Tech left plenty of room for any guest who may ride with them. On the downside, visiablity throught the wing mirror was vastly reduced. Multi-Tech was not the ideal seat for them due to lack of visiablity to the wing mirror, too steep in the backseat and not much legroom there.

Saab 9-3

Familien skulle bruge to autostole til deres tvillinger. De havde to biler: En VW Passat st fra 2001 og en Saab 9-3. Saaben var med til afprøvningen, da det var den bil de brugte mest. Det var uvidst om Passaten havde isofix, men VW var iblandt de allerførste til at montere systemet i deres biler daterende tilbage til slutningen af 1990erne, men UDEN at markere det. Saaben derimod havde markeringerne på sæderne.

Ud over isofixsystemet havde Saaben også såkaldte Eyelets/Tether loops fabriksmonteret på forsæde skinnerne. Disse er specifikt til montering af forankringsseler til de selemonterede bagudvendte autostole.

Isofix-systemet i Saab sad meget dybt. For at lette monteringen af isofix stole kan det være nødvendigt at bruge kapslerne der følger med stolene ved køb til at blotte dem og lette adgangen til dem.

Pigerne kunne sidde selv og vejede 10 kg.

Stolene blev afprøvet bag førersædet, da der er mindst plads til den voksne foran her end bag passagersædet.

Denne autostol var rigtig nem at montere I bilen. Forankringsselerne blev monteret i de dertil anbragte eyelets på bilens forsæde skinner. Men pladsbehovet var for stort.

Hældningen var god

This family needed two seats for their twins. They had two cars: One VW Passat estate 2001 and a Saab 9-3 . estate. The Saab was brought along for the test fitting because this is the car that they use the most. It was unknown wether or not the Passat had  isofix. But VW was among the first to install the system into their cars in the late 1990s. They would not mark the seats with isofix labels back then. The Saab on the other hand had the labels in place.

Besides the isofix points on the two outer rearseats, the Saab was also equipted with so-called eyelets – also referred to as tether loops preinstalled on the front seat runners. These are for installing  belted rearfacing car seats´ tether straps.

The isofix system was potioned very deep in this car. So in order to make the installation of isofix seats easier, the plastic caps that come with the seats were attached to the isofix system in the car in order to expose them.

The girls were able to sit unassisted and weighed 10 kg.

The seats were tested behind the driver´s seat as there is less room fornt to back here than behind the front passenger seat.

This car seat was extreemly easy to install in this car. The tether straps went into the tether loops this car has been fitted with. However, space requirements were too big.

The recline angle was good.

 

Honda Jazz

Der skulle to nye autostole til tvillingerne på 2 år og 12-13 kg. De sad stadig i deres babystole, men de skulle skifte nu da de for det første var ved at nå vægtgrænsen og for det andet var for lange i og med at toppen af hovedet nåede stolens øverste kant. (gælder kun babystolene). Tvillingerne havde deres flyverdragter på grundet det kolde vejr. Så det var ikke muligt at prøve at spænde dem fast i stolene som blev afprøvet. En gennemgang af fastspændning af barn i autostol med 5 punktssele. Gennemgangen indbefattede diverse sikkerhedsrisici ved brugen af stort overtøj i autostole generelt. Det er nemlig sådan at det forringer sikkerheden i stolen væsenligt – på flere punkter (se indlæg    )dog værre endnu med fremadvendte autostole. Korrekt selehøjde blev også gennemgået samt hvor fast selen skal spændes på barnet. Vi gennemgik også hvornår de større stole er udvokset (spidsen af ørerne når stolens øverste kant eller skuldre rammer hovedstøtten). Stolens position i bilen: Oprejst eller liggende når barnet bliver stort.

Far var 186 cm høj. Mor godt 165 cm. Mor og far skiftedes til at køre bilen. Stolene blev afprøvet bag førersædet da der her er mindst plads foran.

Stolen var nem at montere I bilen. Men der var for lidt plads til faderen foran. Hældningen var fin.

Forankringsselerne blev monteret i forsædeskinnerne.

A pair of 2 –year-old 12-13 kg twins needed bigger seats. They were still in their baby carriers bu needed to change now, as they were nearing the weight limit and the top of their heads were at the top of the seats (rule for baby carriers only). The twins were wearing their snow suits due to cold weather. It was therefore not possible to fasten them into the seats that were tried in the car. Lessons in correct clothing in car seats was done as thick clothing reduces the harness ability to restrain and thereby the seats ability to protect the child in it significantly – this is particulary bad for forward facing seats of all types. (read entry  ). Correct harness position and correct tension of the harness was informed on. When the bigger cars eats would be outgrown by height was also touched (tip of ears reach top of seat or shoulders hit the head support). The seat´s position in the car – upright vs. reclined for older children was informed on.

Father was 186 cm tall. Mother app 165 cm tall. Both parents drove the car. The seats were tested behind the driver´s seat as there is less room in front there.

The seat was easy to install. But there wa too little room in front for the father. Recline angle was fine.

The tether straps were installed in the seat rails.

 

Mizubishi Colt

Mor på ca 170 cm ønskede en stol som kunne være på forsædet. Drengen var  11 måneder og 10 kg. Ingen andre i bilen for det meste, så pladsbehov havde ikke den store betydning. Muligheden for ekstra spejl på sidespejl drøftet, da en del af stolene kan spærre helt eller delvist for udsynet til sidespejlet.

Drengen havde siddet på forsædet i sin babystol. Mor var nervøs for at han skulle komme til at kede sig på bagsædet. Vi snakkede lidt om udsynet for et barn i en bagudvendt stol på bagsædet, som er langt bedre end udsynet fra babystolen i og med barnet ville få udsyn gennem begge sideruder og bagruden.

Placering på forsædet blev drøftet kort. Forsædet er en meget sikker plads for børn i en større bagudvendt stol placeret helt op til instrumentbrættet faktisk. Med mindre barnet er meget uroligt der og distraherer føreren. af bilen. Instrumentbrættet er meget effektivt til at bremse stolen i en kollision. Benpladsen for barnet øges ofte her hvorved bagudvendt placering kan forlænges væsenligt. Vores statistikker er baseret på børn i de små babystole og fremadvendte stole – IKKE disse store bagudvendte autostole. Airbaggen skal være deaktiveret. Colt har nøglelås til airbaggen. Med en nøglelås lukker man af for al elektronikken der går til airbaggen. Man låser ikke en dør for den.

Forankringsseler kan kun monteres I forsæderne selv.

Forsædet: Nem montering på forsædet. Støtteben i brug. Stolen stod godt på sædet. Udsyn til sidespejl begrænset men her kan man sætte et ekstra spejl på. Hældningen var fin. Fin afstand fra toppen af stolen til forruden.

Mother app 170 cm tall wanted a seat that could be installed in the front seat. Her son was 11 months old and 10 kg. No-one-else would be transported in the car for the most time, so space requirements weren´t an issue at all. The possibility to install an extra wingmirror on the exsisting one was discussed briefly as some of the seats will block the view to it parcially or completely.

The son had allways been placed in the front passenger seat in his infant carrier. Mother feared that he would get bored if placed in the backseat. So we discussed this myth. Children are placed higher up in the larger rearfacing seats and so they get to look out the side windows and the backscreen. This is much better than the view from infant carriers.

Front seat safety was dicussed too. It so happens that this spot is very safe for children in larger rearfacing seats installed with contact to the dashboard onless the child can´t sit still and distracts the driver a lot. Dashboard is very effective at restraining the seat in a collision. Front seat also leaves more legspace for the child resulting in somewhat longer rearfacing time. Our statistics are based on infant carriers and forward facing systems – NOT these larger rearfacing systems.

The Airbag must be deactivated. The Colt has a key switch for this. A key switch shuts down all electronic impulses that lead to the airbag. It is not like shutting a door.

The tether straps can only be installed into the front seats.

Easy rock solid installation in the front seat, with the supportleg in use. View to the wing mirror was very limited. You can choose put up an extra mirror there. Recline angle was fine. Sufficient distance from top of eat to front screen.

 

Opel Corsa 2003/Vauxhall

Familien havde brug for en autostol til deres søn på 10 måneder. Vi slog to fluer med ét smæk ved afprøvning bag førersædet, således at man vidste  hvilken en der ville passe bag begge forsæder. Er der plads bag førersædet, er der også plads bag passagersædet. Sådan er det. Familien var mest til isofix-montering. Men var også åben for selemonterede. Så vi lagde ud med isofix-stolene.

Isofix-systemet sidder langt fremme i denne bil, men som i en andre biler kan det være vanskeligt at få nogle autostole til at hægte sig på da, selve bilsædet dækker over dem og skal skilles ad. Der følger et sæt isofix-guides med isofix-stole som man sætter på isofixbeslagene i bilen for blotte dem og lette adgangen til dem og monteringen af stolen. Men dette var ikke muligt i denne bil, da isofixbeslagene i bilen buer lidt opad og dermed giver for lidt plads til stolens isofix-arme. Det lykkedes heldigvis uden.

Det vil overraske nogen at det rent faktisk er lige så nemt at montere en selemonteret bagudvendt stol I denne bil som en isofix som Dualfix, Besafe osv.Men det er det rent faktisk. Monteringen bød på ingen problemer.

Forankringsselerne kan fastgøres i både forsædet og i bilens skinner.

Stolen kunne nemt monteres forsvarligt i bilen og den stod klippefast.

Pladsbehovet var dog for stort for dem begge. Forsædet måtte næsten helt frem.

Hældningen var god.

Sønnen blev ikke sat ind i stolen. Så det er usikkert om han rent faktisk ville kunne sidde i den nu.

This family needed a cars eat for their 10 month old son. There is allways less room for the driver than the passenger, due to the car pedals, steeringwheel etc. They wanted to know which seat would fit behind the driver too for future reference. So we killed two birds with one stone and installed each seat behind the driver. They preferred isofix, but belted seats were not out of the question. So we started with the isofix seats.

The isofix bars in this car are placed far forwards. However, they are completely covered by the seat cushions, which can make installation of some isofix seats difficult. All isofix seats come with a pair of isofix guides that latch on to the isofix bars in the car and completely uncovers them, keeping the installation of isofix seats free of problems. Exactly this is not possible in this car as the isofix bars turn a bit upwards which creates too little room for the isofix arms on the child car seat itself to pass though and hook on to those in the car. Thankfully we succeeded without them.

Some people will be surpriced that installing a belted rearfacing car seat is just as easy in this cars as isofix seats such as Dualfix, Besafe etc. That´s the way it is. The installation did not expose a single problem.

The tether straps were done up in the seat rails. It is possible to install them into the front seat too.

It was an easy task installing the Multi-Tech safely into this car. It is rock solid.

However, space requirements were too big for this family. The front seat had to go almost all the way forwards.

Recline angle was good

The little boy was not tried in the seat. It is uncertain wether or not he can be safely strapped in right now.

 

Skoda Octavia st 2006

Den lille pige på 15 måneder, 11 kg og 80 cm skulle have ny autostol. Hun har indtil nu ikke været glad for at sidde i autostol, så planen var at finde en der kunne monteres sikkert på både forsæde og bagsæde og give godt udsyn til sidespejlet foran. Der ud over skulle den have en hvileposition og en god hældning. Far var godt 180 cm og mor 162 cm så vidt huskes.

Multi-Tech blev monteret både på bagsædet og på forsædet. Monteringen var enkel.

Forankringsselerne blev hurtigt og nemt  fastgjordt til forsædet og ført under dette mod fronten til monteringen på forsædet. Til monteringen på bagsædet blev de selvsagt bagi.

Der var ingen problemer med montering på bagsædet. Men det var ikke muligt at montere den på forsædet fordi selespændet til sikkerhedsselen ragede for langt op og kom i kambolage med autostolen, således at sikkerhedsselen ikke kunne strammes godt nok. Sikkerhedsselen var meget for løs. Dette kaldes buckle Crunch og er et problem man skal undgå. Desuden var udsynet til sidespejlet ikke godt nok for moderen. Justering af højden på forsædet hjalp ikke på noget. Hældningen både for og bag var fin.

Udsynet til bagruden var begrænset endnu. Så et Easy-View spejl kunne være en løsning for denne familie for at afhjælpe uro på bagsædet hos deres lille datter.

This little 15 month-old, 11 kg and 80 cm tall girl needed a bigger car seat. So far she has not been a fan of car seats, so something that could be safely installed and used in both the front seat and the backseat was preferred as well as one with a good view to the wing mirror. On top of that, it need to have a good recline position and decent angle in the car. The father was app 180 cm tall and the mother app 162 from memory.

The Multi-tech was installed in both the front passenger seat and the backseat. The installation was straight forward.

The tethers straps were done up fast and easy in the frontseat itself and then routed underneath the front seat for frontseat installation. They stayed in the back for backseat installation.

There were no problems with the backseat installation. But installation in the front seat was not safe at all due to a long buckle stalk that came too far up on the seat hitting the belt lock-off. The seatbelt could not be pulled tight because of it and so front seat installation was out of the question. This is called buckle crunch and is an issue that should be avoided.  View to the wing mirror was not good for the mother. Adjusting the height of the front seat did not help at all. The recline was good for bpth front seat and the backseat. 

View out the back window was still limited and so an Easy-View mirror would come in handy to help setteling the little girl.

 

VW Polo 2007

Denne familie havde en dreng på 6 måneder, 74 cm og 12 kg. Selvom drengen havde god plads at vokse på endnu i hans Maxi Cosi Caprio babystol til 13 kg, så havde han altså kun 1 kg at gå på i den endnu. Så de var nødt til at finde en ny autostol til ham i en fart. Så han var både lang og tung af en baby på kun ½ år. 74 cm rammer de først omkring 9 måneders alderen. Men ham her målte 74 cm allerede nu. Vi tænkte derfor ikke på at afprøve nogle af de mindre stole til 18 kg og med isofix selvom bilen havde systemet. I stedet gik vi efter de største i 25 kgs klassen og selemonterede. De største modeller der er på markedet er: Britax Two Way Elite, Britax Multi-Tech, Axkid Minikid, Axkid Kidzofix og Axkid Kidzone. Kidzone og Minikid har jeg ikke. Two Way Elite blev nedstemt pga. siderne i stolen. Men så havde vi trods alt stadig to tilbage.

Multi-Tech blev monteret bag passagersædet, da der her altid er mest plads til en bagudvendt autostol og velvidende om at VW Polo ikke hører til de mest rumlige biler indeni samt at  Multi-Tech kan kræve meget plads i nogle bilmodeller.

Forankringsselerne blev monteret i forsædets ben (se fotos nedenfor).

Monteringen af stolen var uden problemer. Den gik fint ind.

Pladsbehovet var lidt mindre end Axkid Kidzofix. Højden på forsædet kunne justeres, således at forsædet ikke skulle rykkes så langt tilbage som det skulle uden denne funktion. Det hjalp også en del på komforten til forsædepassageren. Hældningen var ok.

Drengen var stadig en lille smule for lille til Multi-Tech. 5-punktsselen startede lidt for langt oppe, så jeg rådede til at han skulle sidde i sin babystol de sidste kg, hvor han så forhåbenligt var vokset et par cm mere. Det kom  nok også til at passe med den fart han havde på me dat blive stor og stærk.

Valget faldt dog på Axkid Kidzofix pga isofix optionen til den nye bil, den automatiske højdejustering af 5-punktssele og hovedstøtte samt de selvstrammende forankringsseler.

These parents came with their 6 months old son, 74 cm long and weighing 12 kg. Even tough the boy still had good growing room in his Maxi Cosi Caprio infant carrier up to 13 kg, he only had 1 more kg to go in it. So they had to find another car seat for him in a hurry. He was both long and heavy for a ½ month old child. Most babies don´t hit 74 cm before 9 months. This boy had reached that length at only 6 months of age. Due to his size we didn´t consider trying any 18 kg car seat with isofix even tough the car was equipted with this system. We went straight to the largest seats in the 25 kg group. Those are: Britax Two Way Elite, Britax Multi-Tech, Axkid Minikid, Axkid Kidzofix and the Axkid Kidzone. I don´t have the Axkid Minikid and the Axkid Kidzone. The Britax Two Way Elite was ruled out due to the wide sides – making it an “open seat”. This left us with the Britax Multi-Tech and the Axkid Kidzofix

 

The Multi-tech was placed behind the front passenger seat, where there is allways better legspace for the front seat passenger than behind driver as well as knowing that the VW Polo isn´t a roomy car inside at all and that the Multi-Tech does require a lot of space in some cars.

The tether straps were placed in the front seat legs (see photos below).

The installation was easy.

Space requirements were a little less than the Axkid Kidzofix. The front seat height adjustment feature made sure that the front seat did not have to go quite as far backwards than would have been the case without this feature. This did help with the comfort for the front seat passenger. Recline in the seat was good too.

The boy was still a bit too small for this car seat. So I adviced the parents to keep him in the baby seat for one more kg and hopefully he would have gained a couple of cm more in height by then. He most likely would considering his growth rate so far.

The family chose the Kidzofix because of the isofix option they could use in the new car, the automatic adjustable headrest and harness system as well as the self-retractable tether straps.

 

Audi A4 1997

Familien havde brug for en autostol bag passagersædet.

Forankringsselerne blev monteret på forsædets ben.

Multi-Tech var ok for benplads foran. Forældrene var godt 176 cm høje

The family needed one carseat behind the passenger seat in the car.

 

The tether straps were installed in the front seat legs.

 

The Multi-Tech did not require too much room front to back for the app. 176 cm tall parents.It did not leave heaps of room tough.

 

The steepness of the backseats is fine.

 

 

Audi A4 2002

Multi-Tech 2 ses her monteret i hvilestilling bag førersædet. Benpladsen foran var fin til høj person. Forsædeskinnerne er indkapslede, så forankringsselerne er monteret i forsædet selv, hvilket ikke er et problem.

Stolen passede perfekt til den knap 1-årige pige.

The Multi-Tech 2 is belted in reclined position behind the driver in these pictures. Space requirements for this seat in this car was fine even for a tall person. The front seat runners are completely enclosed in caps that cannot be removed, so they were mounted in the frontseat itself which is quite simple.

 

The seat fit the 1-year-old girl perfectly

Monteret på forsædet – airbag deaktiveret. Godt udsyn til sidespejl. Drengen er min søn på 5 år og 115 cm og 20 kg. Ryglænet må lægges lidt ned for at give plads til benene.

Installed in the front seat – airbag deactivated. Great view to the wing mirror. the boy is my son who is 5 years old, 115 cm tall and weighs 20 kg. The backrest of the front seat has to be tipped backwards in orer to make room for his legs.

    Hi lenats, have you ever fitted this into a Honda FRV? It has quite long buckle stalks but the rear middle seat has shorter buckles so I’m hoping it will fit in there, any experience of this? Thanks

      Hi Ali
      I have sent you an email. The Multi-tech won´t fit if you have long buckle stalks. the other Britax seats are better choices.
